Visit your Friends and Family Too much work does not let you be with your loved ones. If you do get a bit of spare time away from work, call your friends or family. Plan a day out. Plan days in. Rekindle old connections. 8. Surf the Internet The internet is full of new, wonderful, interesting and strange things. Switch on your laptop or tablet and Google some interesting things you might want to know about it. 7. Watch some Television Your free time is supposed to be for chilling.
